Awww… look at how surprised and pleased Blaine is. Kurt looks surprised too, but Blaine looks like a little boy who has  to stay at home in bed because he is sick and was probably expecting to be all alone, but then his friends showed up and he got that soft, warm happy feeling curling in his tummy, because he does have other friends. And later when he pulls two glasses for a toast it is as if he was only expecting Kurt to be there, his soul mate and best friend, and no one else. He must be crushed because of what happened with the Warblers, but here we see him happy and grateful for their attention.
